Different, special and unusual is the shortest description of this villa in Makarska, which is located in an exceptional location, with a living area of 330 m2 on a plot of 610 m2.
The villa extends over four floors, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and a large living room with dining room and kitchen. The unusualness of this villa can be seen precisely in its floor plan, because the ground floor and first floor are the ‘sleeping area’, and the upper floors are the socializing area, because in this way privacy is preserved, but also provides a wonderful panoramic view of Makarska and the islands on one side, and the Biokovo karst on the other side of the villa.
The ground floor consists of three bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and access to the terrace. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is another bedroom with a bathroom, a storage room for pool equipment and a laundry room. On the second floor, there is a large terrace with a sunbathing area, a toilet and a summer kitchen, which leads directly down to the ‘floating’ pool. The pool is vaulted in the northern part, and in the southern, deeper, open and offers a fascinating feeling of floating. Makarska is a port town on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, known for its Makarska Riviera beaches, seafront promenade and nightlife.
